squarespace (third party)   selby & company's website is hosted on squarespace, inc. squarespace provides an e-commerce platform that allows selby & company to sell products to you.  your data is stored through squarespace's data storage, databases and the general squarespace application.  they store your data on secure databases protected by a variety of industry-standard access controls: ssl encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures to protect your data.

any of the third-party providers used by squarespace will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to selby & company.  certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies.

squarespace email campaigns   when you subscribe to selby & company's mailing list,  you are prompted to give your permission for selby & company to send you emails.  occasional emails are sent with information or announcements about shop updates, new items you might like, etc.  your information is stored and processed by squarespace.  if you choose not to receive emails simply "unsubscribe" on a given email and your contact information will be removed from selby & company's mailing list.
